Washington State tobacco ban

I heard about this yesterday. It seems pretty drastic to me. I think it's selfish and all consequences aren't being considered. I think it violates peoples civil rights and free will. I don't have a dog in the fight because I don't consume tobacco. I still think its crossing the line to make it a class C felony. Certain restrictions I can support. Blatant communism isn't one of them. Let's hear what you think.

The guy is an idiot, while I hate smoking we do not need my laws to protect us from ourselves. He should look at laws to protect children from their parents who smoke though. Like the ones who smoke with one hand while their baby is in the other hand, or inside the car.
