My bad for not having this list created as fast as I would have liked to. I don't know whether to make this a final draft yet, so please give me opinions. Questions I have is which is the better potts brother right hand, I only saw results left hand. Me and rvj never faced each other lefty so I put us both at tied left. I put him above me right handed even tho we never both competed against each other at the 198 weight, but I have no problem ranking him above me because he was the better arm wrestler that day. I removed jon brown because I heard he was 176 from a few people. I didn't put sinks on the list because he didn't seem to active, nor at the 198lb class. Mike S doesn't seem to be active ether. (Side note) Steve Shoemaker requested to be taken off the rankings. So we will keep him as a honorable mention. So let's here what everyone has to say. 1. Rob Vigeant Jr 2. Storm Chellino (PA) 3. John Cervantes (ME) 4. Bart Wood(PA) 5. Ron Ermini (CT) 6. Jeremy Durfee 7. Kevin Siska 8. George Sheldrick 9. Seth Barnett 10.
Left Hand 1. Storm Chellino (PA) 1. Rob Vigeant Jr 3. Bart Wood(PA) 4. Jeremy Durfee 5. Seth Barnett 6. Ron Ermini(CT) 7. Kevin Siska 8. George Sheldrick 9. Art Spindler 10.Keith Potts
Due to work and other commitments I will no longer be able to do these rankings. Seth Barnett will take over the job.

Northeast 198lb rankings 1-19-2014
Right 198lb.
1 RVJ 2 Mike Selearis 3 Storm Chellino 4 John Cervantes 5 Ron Ermini 6 George Sheldrick 7 Kevin Siska 8 Seth Barnett 9 Art Spindler 10 Cole Disy, Orin Hubbord, Chad Bouchard.
Left 198lb
1 Mike Selearis 2 Storm/RVJ 3 John Cervantes 4 Seth Barnett 5 Ron Ermini 6 Kevin Siska 7 Art Spindler 8 Cole Disy 9 Chad Bouchard 10 Orin Hubbord
The rankings are based on overall for 2013. Some of this is based on the amount of tournaments any one puller competed in. Some of it is fact about who actually beat who or who has more wins overall. For example Nate, Cole Disy is a very strong man however, his win over Sheldrick that day was not quite enough for me to rank him over George. George has had some amazing days as well! That just wasn't one of them... For me, I won the Fall Classic over Ermini right handed but he has more wins over me righty and has wins over guys that I have not yet defeated myself. All this sh#t gets considered in the list. Bill Sinks just competed at 185lb so that's why he's not listed. With Maine tournaments being UAL now, I'll put Bill in the 85's.
Put that in your pipe and smoke it.

As we all have seen things change in armwrestling lately, It seems time to consider updating the list for the open 198lb class in the Northeast. This job is proving to be tougher than first expected when we never see everyone considered in the same room. The Northeast is a big area and most of us don't hit all the events. We have some big tournaments coming up this spring and I'd like to add/subtract some names on the list. If you haven't pulled in 6-8 months then that may take your name off the list. There are some old names coming back and there is also new blood in the class that deserves mentioning. And why not? Most of us do this for fun, so why not mix things up. I'll do my best to make some changes after Nationals and I'm all ears if anyone has ideas.

Do Soopers and sign up for a Tim Bresnan tongue lashing, why would I want to do that? Maybe if you weren't spending so much time fuccing with trucks in the driveway you'd have time! I'm having enough trouble with the 98's thank you.

We'll see I know I'm not a super..But I might be willing to compile a list and see where it goes. Its important for people that pull tourneys regularly to see there gains and progress through a ranking system..

NEW LIST! 198lb ACTIVE NORTHEAST PULLERS
LEFT HAND
1 Mike Selearis 2 Storm Chellino 3 John Cervantes 4 Seth Barnett 5 Ron Ermini 6 George Sheldrick 7 Brandon Elsessor 8 Alexi Bezyazykov 9 Tim Lewis 10 Art Spindler 11 Nazar Simko 12 Bo Mamczynski 13 Darryl Baideme
RIGHT
1 Mike Selearis 2 Storm Chellino 3 John Cervantes 4 Seth Barnett 5 Ron Ermini 6 Art Spindler 7 George Sheldrick 8 Brandon Elsessor 9 Tim Lewis 10 David Brien 11 Nazar Simko 12 Darryl Baideme 13 Alexi Bezyazykov
There are some exceptions here. Bobby Butafuco is a powerful 198lb righty and we can't forget about Jason Vale who has won every right hand 98 class in New York city that he's entered! With this being said, these gentlemen do not pull much outside the city, where as the rest of the guys on the list travel the Northeast and the country. I could rank the both of them by opinion but I thought mentioning them this way was more respectful to two men that certainly deserve recognition.

Jeremey,
Ohio is a Midwest state not a northeast state.
