Does anyoen have any pull with AT&T, I just had the worste encounter with them and I have had them for service for over 10 years. They shut off my service for non payment after I paid them only 14 days ago. Apperantly there new billing cycle started and my $350 payment ONLY 2 weeks previously was not good enough for them, they asked me for an additional $340. So they shut me down, and there new thing now is they charge an additional $40 restore fee and a $5 late fee and then on top of it an additional $5 payment fee. They are RIP offs. I am SOO upset with them. Please tell me that someone knows someone with AT&T so I dont have to switch services and goto Sprint or Tmobile. I have the Iphone 5 and the new Note 2. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated. There customer service is PISS poor horrible too. Thanks

I had AT&T last year, I never had any problems with them, but I ended up switching to sprint cause AT&T was getting way too expensive for me, the coverage went down for me as AT&T has better coverage than sprint but man if I was in your position Jerry I'd be really upset also. It's hard switching providers especially if you've been with one for 10 years.

We keep getting snuck with random charges, and little Customer "Service". I've been with them about 10 years also and am now thinking of going with another provider
