Of course for WAL Vegas we will need 128 brackets. WOW I cannot even wrap my head around that. Can you imagine two or three mistakes early on because the guys didn't go to the scorer's table and the wrong name gets advanced? They could be 50 matches down the line before the same two guys run into each other again before the finals- and only then do they discover the mistake.

Thanks guys I think it's mostly confusing because I've seen them messed up soo often and can't remember how many times I've part of a tournament where the brackets got messed up and I ended up pulling the first place guy twice before the finals. I understand its not an easy job but it seems alot of people mess it up

I understand its not an easy job but it seems alot of people mess it up The rule is that you don't pull the same person twice unless it is for place (1st to 4th) Where that gets messed up primarily is when you have 4 on the top and 4 on the bottom. two losers from the A side comes down and matches up with the two winners from the B side. you get an option of where to put those pullers coming down to the B side. If you don't look back and see it they pulled earlier, they can get a bad matchup and break that rule.

Ya unfortunately over the years , I've seen it alot ... Sucks to be put out of a tournament by only the first place guy and not even get to pull to see if your better than 2nd and 3rd place , it happens I guess

Bobby, You need brackets that take care of all odd numbers in the first round so when you start the second round, there are no more byes at all. You also need brackets that specifically tell you where to "switch" pullers in the event that two pullers meet each other that have already pulled before finals. This doesn't happen all the time, but there is a specific way of switching so the person handling the bracket doesn't pick and choose where to move someone. You also need brackets that specifically show where the person who lost the match is moved to. Way too many of the "print your own" brackets leave the movement up to the scoring person and people have been known to move pullers where they want them.

yes I do have a completely different bracket program and jeff janas is running a version of it. im also constantly improving it and for the most part is a slam dunk easy to use program. very simple and looks very good for a presenting purpose
