Joe - The camera, lighting and equipment rental alone for multiple tables then the crew to film it all is extremely expensive probably around $10,000 -$15,000 min. The "Live streaming is the cheap part so long as you have a solid internet connection...

I have always said we need to figure a way to put a block of about a 4hr radius on live streaming. Dont get me wrong. I love it and In the hook and armsport videos always do a fantastic job at my event. But the last thing you want is guys sitting 2hrs away watching on there computer. Thats just my opinion!
