Havnt been into armwredtling in a while. Just wanted to see if there was anybody close to me that's pullin. Havnt had training partners in years and consequently I quite a long time ago. Only time I get to pull is when I go to ga bout once a year.

Any body know how to get ahold of sonny gay?
