Weigh-ins: FRIDAY 10/28/16 4 to 7pm OR Sat. 10/29/16 - 8 to 10 am.
Saturday Competition starts at 11AM.

I'm new to all this and would like to know what the age is for masters and do amateurs wrestle seated or standing? I want to start training and hopefully start competing in the fall after I get my weight back down.
