Note: Age determination date is July 29, 2017.
Competition Rules and Format: Mile High ArmSports rules and regs will govern this competition. There must be a minimum of two participants per division to run the division.
Rocky Mountain State Games reserves the right to cancel, combine or re-assign divisions at the Commissioner's discretion to ensure quality competition.
*Armwrestling Team Competition: A total of 10 arms will be allowed per team. Competitor's earn points for their team by placing 1st-3rd place in the division entered. Competitor's can also earn additional points by winning the Overall Competition for that arm. The team with the most points will be awarded the team trophy and named "Team Champions." In the event of a tie-breaker, a coin will be flipped to determine the arm (right or left) that will be used for the "tie-breaker match.'' Each Team will send one competitor to represent their team for the "tie-breaker match''. The winner of the "tie-breaker match'' will be awarded the team competition trophy and named the "Team Champions."
Advance registration is offered for the team division but the team roster will be submitted on-site and can be changed up until the day of competition.
Awards: In addition to 1st-3rd place medals in each division and event, the following awards will be given during the tournament.

Note: Weigh-ins will be in the courtyard of the Chapel Hills Mall. Participants are advised to wear gym shorts and a tank top at a minimum
