Rolling thunder for your grip. Having a strong hand allows effective control. What are your strengths? What move do you generally execute?

Every variation of pull ups, with very uncomfortable grips.

I have refused training long time ago and I feel great. Look at the best high chair reviews and improve the quality of life!

I'ts been a while since I posted on here.....But Table time was always the best way to train when I was pulling.
Weight training is still good to do but don't over due it.

Table time. Especially, if you can train with guys stronger than you.
