Got this table for sale.
Train by yourself or with someone who isn't an armwrestler.
Work on your side pressure and back pressure.
Two pulleys included, so you can hook them together for dual pressure.
Adjustable height, too.
You could add a second handle to the middle and use it like a standard table.
