Hey Neil. Good to hear from you buddy. My mistake on thinking you were resting the hand on the bench for support. I thought you might be doing them like David Horne " the grip champion" ;D He was on the board a while back and even showed a picture with him wristcurling, standing at what almost looked like an armwrestling table with all the pads taken off. I agree with you that you need strong and safe spotters. It's very hard for me to get the 360lbs off the floor ( thick bar as well )and sit into position with it, without spotters. I guess I'll have to go "find" a few. I also agree that it's not armwrestling, but a strong wrist and hand will get you far as you know. Now you just have to train the bicep (arm)so that it won't open up when you have 500lbs pulling on it! I'm trying to do the same! Hope to see you in South Africa! Good Day Mate!

Ha ha ha Hiya Champ !!! you are spot on mate thats my only problem my bloody wrists are IRON but my arms BONK !!! ;D I wish I'd been born a Russian, all this would of been so much easier ha ha ha See ya soon Stevey Lad, take care n stay strong mate Cheers Neil.
