Those of you that know Ralph from armwrestling know what a great guy he is. Ralph (unlike most of us) never has a negative thing to say about anyone. Anyone who has seen Ralph at a tournament knows that his family closely follows and cheers him on. Knowing him personally I also know how closely knit his family is. Ralph lost his grandmother yesterday.
I think it would mean a lot to Ralph if all of you (and Ralph has the greatest respect for all armwrestlers) said a few kind words to him now in his time of mourning.

Ralph,
May God bless you and your family in this time of loss. I know how hard it can be to lose a loved one and hope that your suffering will be comforted by the warmth of knowing that your grandmother is now with the Lord.
