I am MORE then ready...I have gain weights from 60kg (Wednesday last week) to 62.4kg this week...I am gonna pull in -70kg class...ha, ha, ha...I am SOON there! / M.

Neil, When you stop eating your metabolism shuts down and prevents you from losing weight. It's your body's way of preservation from our cave man days of long periods without food. Now when you start eating all of the calories will go to fat in preparation for the next period of fasting. Eating raw vegetables is the best way. It keeps your body from going into starvation mode and the raw vegetables has negative calories. I mean by that is that it takes more calories to eat and digest it than it has in it. ;D

Well I'm here and it's been great. Mighty and his wife are excellent hosts.. Showed us around and the venue is incredible.. I can't wait for tomorrow but I will have to admit that with all these big names coming in it is a little intimidating.. But thanks to all my training partners I feel as ready as I can be..
