Hello Pullers,
Just wanted to let those know that even though the planned event of the fox show involves the same six pullers here, there will be no conflict. Since John and Dave have not come on the board to assure everyone that they will work things out, i wanted to let you know whats up. My thoughts about making sure all six involved in their fox show, would and should be on an equal playing field. So i figured, look this will be a great way that these pullers to earn some good money and prestige at both events. Just make sure someone doesnt skip one to be fresher for the one next week. events such as the Superstar Showdown isnt just for the superstars but very much the reason pullers come from all over the country, to see and watch these Great pullers, it is what builds our sport. I just wanted to put this out there for you guys, and to let you know that there has not been One guy pull out of the 198 yet! I am still waiting to hear from just a few, those committed to come said they will be here are.. John Brzenk, Bill Brzenk ,Kevin Bongard, Jacob Abbott, Todd Hutchings, James R, Chris M, Bryan Johnson, ect...I expect Mike Selearis and Kenny Hughes will also keep their committment, and i will let you know as i hear from those left... We are all in this sport together and sometime we actually have to help work things out together...
once Dave and John come on here they can also say what they came up with to benefit all those involved.

Well said Sol and I agree with you wholeheartedly. If all six 198s invited to Mohegan Sun keep their commitment and pull in Chehalis the week before it will create a level playing field for all that are pulling the following week at Mohegan Sun. If one skips out, they all will likely skip out as they would all want to remain fresh. Though seriously, I can remember only one tournament that I have pulled in the past 7 years that rendered me incapable of pulling the following week and that was due to injury. These guys are professionals Sol and that means that they will treat this situation like professionals, honor their commitments and travel on back to back weeks for the betterment of the sport. Of that I am certain. Asking people to travel on back to back weeks once out of the year is not asking too much and I think these two tournaments are both designed to showcase their talent. Besides I need Todd to come to CT so he can insult it for being a low class diet Massachusetts, and talk bad about Weezer while we fish Long Island sound for sharks, tin cans and 30 year old Good Year radials.
