I just spoke to Cobra Rhodes about 10 minutes ago...He asked me again if this guy is for real....I told Andrew that I don't know, but they are promoting the hell out of this event...I and Chris Myers will be shooting an advertisement on Monday...If this comes to fruition, than I have to believe it's real...

Andrew said that they wanted to meet with him today...They were like 100 miles away from where Cobra lives.....

Supposedly Cobra has heard of this Larry Sofield...I have not, so I am with you on that one James...

James, Nick and Larry are together promoting the event in Michigan together with Dan The Beast Severn and were at a hotel when you called them, that's why you were able to talk to Larry...


I am just doing this service to tell the armwrestling community that this tournament is going to happen on Nov 12 and 13...

How real is it, I just don't know...When the second event happens, I guess everyone will know that it is legitimate....

We will know for sure on Monday, when the shooting of the 30 seconds advertisement happens...and Chris Myers will give his opinion how real this is...

Also Cobra Rhodes could let anyone know how real this is after he meets with them today...

Oh, James, it's not going to be a single elemination....It's a double elimination tournament...

Then why did he tell me it is going to be single elimination on the phone? What are the rules? What are the "modifications" of these rules? Why when I mentioned your name to him he seemed like he didn't know what to say? Why do I keep getting emails and phone calls from people in the midwest saying that the guy is a slimeball scam artist from Michigan that sells used cars and used to be somewhat of a wristwrestler?

Too many questions, too many answers. None of the answers are consistent. Nor are they sufficient.

According to Cobra Rhodes, he does know this guy Larry, and he says he is the promoter of Dan "The Beast" Severn.....

I had a talk with Nick, and it will a be a double elimination event....They are thinking that maybe too many people will show up, and to make it go quicker, it will be single elimination....But if we have 2 tables, it will go quickly enough...
