If anyone is going to Franklin Street in Chapel Hill, NC sunday night...there will be over 50,000 ppl. dressed up and out..the road will be blocked off. Biggest Halloween party in the nation!!!! If any of you armwrestlers are in the area, let me know! Just look for the Incredible Hulk!
