I used to, in my teens, be able to tear it up pretty good on a skateboard. I got on one last wed. and tried a couple tricks, pulling off a couple, I thought I would try a little harder one (ollie kick-flip), I pulled it off, then the board SHOT out from under me and I ending up on my butt. I went a few days with some pain in my left elbow, working and living like normal until Sat. morning, it blew up like a balloon. Went to the docs, a few X-Rays, and MRI....Broken. I am retiring it for a year from pulling and indefinitly retiring the skateboard. I dont remember the ground being that hard 15 years ago. Although, this is the 2nd time breaking my left arm on a skateboard. I know, Im a fun.

Harold,
Sorry to hear of your misfortune. I'll keep you in prayer. A fun? not at all. Just trying to enjoy yourself is all. After not pulling for 19 years I started again and ruptured a biceps tendon in my 2nd tournament. "Golden years" should refer to a person's 20's when everything worked well and healed quickly.

Thanks Bill for you prayers, there is no more power than that. The reason I called myself a fun is because I have 3 kids, a wife who stays home with them, so that leaves me in the position (which I wouldnt trade for the world) to not miss a day of work. Fortunatly, I am the lead guy on this job which all I do is keep a crew busy, finding them things to do. The Lord knows when you can suffer an injury like this. Thanks again for your prayers, I am down...but Im not out.
