Hey guys and gals was just trying to get a head count as to who is interested in pulling this weekend... I will have a guest from up north here this weekend and I'm sure he wants to get a good workout in too sooooo if people could either reply through the board or by leaving a message on our answering machine we would greatly appreciate it...

Well just in case anyone was really interested Rob Vigeant Jr and his better half Liz will be spending the holiday weekend with us... So if anyone is up to the Vigeant challenge come on down!!!!! hehehe lmao ;D like I asked before though please try to give me a heads up so I know whether Rob and I should just lift and train or wait and pull.... Sounds good Guy and as of this morning Reggie called and said he was going to try and come down.. Starting time will be between 4 & 4:30 so this way everyone will get to enjoy the sun while it lasts...

it was awesome to pull with rob and guy and of course vic i feel bad for rob that not a lot of people showed up....i know reggie showed up but was in to much pain to stick around and looney was there but had to leave also,maybe next time there will be more of us or a bunch of us can go up to NH.....
