Hey Bill,
I have a quick question because I have been looking into and trying to figure stuff out since you posted the following:
“It regards to the post about 2 or more persons being in the Congress meeting, there is only ONE vote per Federation. The Sec/Gen checks all persons in the room to make sure they are authorized to be there. He then gives one voting ballot to the person assigned to vote fot their Federation. In the WAF Constitution posted under Article 6 Congress, section 10 reads as follows: Congress sessions are private. Observers and special guests can attend providing arrangement has been made with the Executive Committee. They will be observers only and cannot enter debate or vote. I was in that meeting as a guest in Illinois and Canada. I had no vote or input. From all I have been told the unification is going ahead as planned for Japan next year. I received an e-mail from Humberto sometime ago in which he told me that Brazil would be in Japan to unify no matter what Das said or did. He will also be in S. Africa with a Team and he is 100% in favor of Unification. It looks right now as if Fred Roy's WAF will be the only WAF left after Japan. Right now they only recognize USA from the US. I don't see that changing unless there are some major changes made in Japan.”
I have a question on how all this works. Please don’t take this any way other than a simple question. There is no ill agenda’s I am just trying to figure it out.
Why at these meetings are guests allowed to vote or have any say in what is occurring during these meetings. I thought that if it was abiding by Corp law they weren’t supposed to be able to. In your post you even said they weren’t allowed so I am trying to figure out why they would say it is not allowed then allow it? I also was wondering if this is how the other WAF conducts their meetings. What I mean is do they allow guests to vote or steer the meeting also.
Thanks in advance for any further light you can shed on this subject.
