We are heading to JFK today to spend the night and fly out tommorrow. I just want to thank my team for the help in preparing for this competition. I feel strong as hell! I am uncomfortable with the past week doing nothing but healing due to all the training of the past couple of months, but I realize it is necessary.
I also wanted to invite you guys to WFSB.com that's channel 3 around here. Click on sports and my ugly mug pops up. Click on that and a video profile about the trip and prep is there. It was rather embarrassing but I liked how they pieced it all together.
Again, I want to say I feel the love bros and sis's

Ron is truly blessed by all his positive actions through our sport over the last few years. He has matured into a really great puller, and has shown that through hard work & dedication, you can reach your goals.
Best of Luck to the Northeast Team going to Durban this weekend. I know some golds will come home with you. All the best from all of us. And best of all, KICK SOME ASS...
