Hi Joe , I hadn't checked my e-mail at home. I have been kind of busy. I've been training with Mike ferron and Eric Guevin. Eric tells me I feel as strong as ever!We were even doing the rope climb this Sunday. Your looking good in your photo. Are you still training with Norm?I am looking forward to the Maine tournament. Hi Ben, glad to hear you are back up and training. Still training with Norm from time to time. Been working the left hard the last few months and feeling great. I've had some good hard practices with Klemba, and Had an awesome session with Gabe Accardi and Jesse Viera this past Sunday. Still waiting on the right to heal, its coming along. Looking foward to pulling you again this year, then going to the bonfire afterward. Missed you at Laconia this year. I'm very glad to hear you are well. I'll see you on the 18th of sept.

Steve, It's knowing you and Joe are coming that makes me work out. It does me good! I am just as interested in how well you two do if you hook up with each other. This left hand 0-160 class is going to be tough and a lot of fun. Later, Ben

Ben I'm going to pull until I can no longer. Norm Devio has already inspired me to do so.

Can't wait to make it up to Maine this year....it'll be one to remember.
