How to do rankings

Any suggestions on how to do rankings?

we have 154-176-198 242 and over.
We could add 165 ?

We could get a list of about 15 20 top pullers and have each person personally list there top order. But that is probably a bad Idea wont get enough people to vote because of the amount of writing work and also knowing how a certain person voted might hurt others feelings.

Kurt ? I dont know if you can set up something doing one class at a time and have people put a number next to there name ? then we can add the numbers and figure out rankings

Like 154's 15 names in one list...
Example: Michael Shaloub 7th 4th 6th 3rd etc and anonomously have this in

someone or myself can except the Private message feature on here

We write out 15 names and then copy
and send the email private message on here and the names and put a number next to each name like 1-15 ranking then we add them up for each class by each voter.
Would like to get at least 15-20 voters
