Thanks Vic, Duke Pete and James for a good practice last night.
Duke there must be something about being younger with the testosterone etc.. because these guys seem to be getting better as we make slow gains if any.
James R when we met 2 years ago I knew he loved arm-wrestling and I liked his sense of humor at least I thought he was 1/2 kidding when he said he was going to be the best armwrestler around.
I have personally seen and felt his progress on the table and I have to say hats off to you pal, you are now a force in this sport. I have never seen anyone " all Natural" make the progress that you have made since we met. Usually people hit a stumbling block and long plateaus. I thought last national you would be at that level So far I havent seen you hit the wall , amazing!! It will be extremely interesting to see you this year there.
You got me thinking I need to work out harder otherwise at your rate of progress there wont be a spot left on the table (hook) I will be able to beat you at.
So for those who think they need supplements, James takes none, though I tell him he might want to consider a Vitamin and protien.
So hard work and incredible desire can get it done.
P.S
Thinking of shortcuts, watch 20/20 tonight at 10PM.
The estimation is 30-35% of all athletes 16 years old to 40 professional and non are on toxic drugs or steroids
Dont Join Jason Giambi and Ken caminetti in the hospitals or even Lyle Alzado..
the society and sports puts added pressures to be the best. It will be interesting to see where the possible drop offs will come next year in Japan.
