Most of you don't know Pete and Joey, except for their interesting way of interacting on this board, but away from all of this I consider Pete to be my best friend. Their father, Joe Sr., died earlier this morning in his sleep. Some of you might remember him from when he used to show up at practice and clown around with everyone. He was always in good spirits and was a very funny man. I personally was greatful to run into him at Walmart two nights ago. He gave my son a stuffed animal he had just won in a claw machine game.
Anyhow, Pete will likely not be coming on the board anytime soon, but I would only ask those of you that know him to give him a call or send him card. I will try to get his mother's address for you guys as soon as I can.

Pete and Joey my family and I send our heart felt condolences your way. I've met your dad a few times and I know he was one hell of a guy.. I know he was proud of both of you even though he busted your chops... Remember the good times and keep him close in your heart cause I know that's where I hold you guys...
