Sorry it took so long. I found one and will give it to Carbone to Scan and email to you. I didn't have any video clips of him streamed that I could freeze and attach. I'll try to get it to Carbone this weekend.

Hello everybody , glad to finally be on board. Kurt , Robbie Bigwood and Jim Bryan , thanks for your help in digging up a picture. The shoulder is recuperating and should be ready to pull after the holidays.

Jim Walkiewicz and I missed you at Maryland states. Good to see you around friend. We are finally back in action. I will be training with Rob Bigwood and Jim Bryan next week if you are in the area.

Jim - good to hear from you too. I talked to Cuff Cuffley before the Maryland States , he said you and Big Jim were coming down. As it is , my Fall , Winter and Spring Seasons are replaced by Football , Basketball and Spring Basketball coaching. I still find the time to lift and after the first of the year am gonna start training again. Keep it touch. Hopefully I'll run into you at a PA or Md tourney.

Im going to be training with Jim B. and Rob B. this Wednesday, near Philly....if you can make it I'm sure they would love you to come. I had to pay them to let me, but you i'm sure wouldnt:)
