TEXTThank you Nicole for a wonderful tourney. I throughly enjoyed it. Maybe next time we can stand for the afterwards. I know ya'll are having a blast. Thanks Elaine! I am going to practice, practice, and then practice some more. Maybe next time I can do a little better (or at least show some improvement). Oh yea Elaine, what was that website again.....targit.com?

Thanks Nicole, I'm sorry for those who were not able to make it. The talent was great which resulted in some good matches. I thank you for the great awards, the metals were great

Well, it looks as if I should have come to the tourney just to represent Louisiana. Did no Louisiana guys come? Bummer.
How did the other events go? (push-ups, pull-ups, etc.)
Maybe next year, Nicole.
Congrats to all pullers that were able to make it and pull.

Allen, you missed Beth Westberry in the bench press contest! She is bad to the bone! I know Chuck is very proud!

I wanted to say a great big THANK YOU to Nicole for her hard work in making last weekend happen! Those who were unable to attend/compete did miss out. Next year I believe will be even better. April, the website is TargitFit.com... for anyone else reading this, check out this website for a training apparatus that could be fantastic for armwrestlers...(for me, anyway)... Total isolated muscle training. I've been doing a 6 week program (this week is the last) for 3 nights per week (1 hour) I have missed a few due to being gone armwrestling, but I know there is a difference in my strength, endurance, etc. This thing is just starting to be marketed and the entire US Olympic wrestling team had one each to train with. Anyway, looking forward to another event in Georgia...or maybe even Jacksonville in December???
