Hello everyone. This passed year I've developed a strong interest in arm-wrestling, from basic research on the net, to becoming an ArmTV memeber, to now hoping to compete in the future. Its been an awesome expereince learing about modern greats and some of the pioneers. I've been having trouble lately though finding both a place to train and learn, and also finding competitions to go to. I'm in the Orlando, Florida area. Any help is greatly appreciated, and I hope to watch some of you incredible pullers in the future.

Joe, Welcome to the hidden world of armwrestling. There are several good pullers in Florida that i'm sure would welcome you to any of there practices.
I'm new to this board but have been competeing since 1990. The best thing is for you to track some experienced pullers down and get some quality table time.
If you click on menbers just under the banner at the top of the page you'll find many Florida pullers email addresses listed.
Introduce yourself to them and go from there.
Safe pulling, Rick

Hey thanks for your greetings everyone, and Rick for your advise. When I found this board I was awestruck by who posts here. I haven't been a fan of many popular sports so being able to communicate with you guys/gals has left me somewhat starstuck. Have any advise on things that I can work on without having anyone to train with?

Welcome Joseph,
great to have you aboard.... no need to be awestruck armwrestlers are down to earth people...Even the greatest legend there ever was " John Brzenk" is a laid back and easy going guy who talks to everybody jump right in ask for practices in your area and GO. Try to hook up with James Battles you may have to travel a little but it would be worth it
