My dad just went through the similar procedure. He had his rotator ball replaced and bone spurs removed. He should make a full recovery, and I feel Dan will too.

OUCH!!! Been there done that ! Had rotator reconstruction on my left shoulder about 4 years ago, old football injuy .

Matt , do you pull at all left handed? Just wondering how the shoulder would feel after surgery like that , than putting the stress of pulling on it as well. If so , how long to recover and start training (lifting and pulling)
