1) I got home from work today and got excited when I seen the "Livin' to Pull" video, that I had ordered online, was sitting on the kitchen table. I put it in the DVD player and the piece of crap wouldn't work, it wouldn't work on my computer either. I was sent a blank tape. Im a little pissed. Just thought you guys (and girls) should know. 2) The ESPN thing was REALLY great. Thanks Dave, PullingJohn, John and everybody else that was involved! It was really exciting to watch the armwrestlers talk about themselves and talk about eachother. It was also very smart to show that armwrestlers are educated people too. The clip of Harold Owen's was perfect. I cracked up when Travis called himself "PRETTY". This gives me some motivation to stick with this sport. I was considering of giving it a break, it's sorta getting old always being sore, torn-up and hurt. I can't even throw a baseball anymore. But if I HAD to criticize the work I felt it somehow needed more music to pump the audience up (it works in the movies). A little was played during some of the interviews and that was great. Also in the future, I think their needs to be a way of relating to the younger crowd. Afterall they are going to be the ones that buy into our sport. Just look at skatboarding for example... -Rob www.robbigwood.com/

Hey Robbie , whats with topic #2 , "Need some motivation , thought about giving it a break". Come on man , I will be the first to tell you there are more things in life than armwrestling (sometimes) , but at your age and with your ability , I wouldn't stop now. You can go a long way if you just stick with it , its just what you have your goals set at. Or are you looking to duck out now that I'm training again !! Happy New Year - Kevin

Hey Kevin,
It is just extremely aggrivating when I can't do half the amount of physical things that I once could. I think something is torn in my right shoulder, and I can't bend my right arm all the way down. I havent been able to for about 3 years now. I fell like i am beating my body up. It is depressing. Dont get me wrong, I love armwrestling...It is the most pure sport. Just like sports were back in the day before money took over.
I am glad that you are training again. We need to get together soon. I know Jim Wagner, Marc and Luke want to take the trip to MD, so lets make it happen.

I am sure if you notify them they will send you another DVD. Being in the same business DVD's sometimes have problems. we try to test them but players react differently with DVD-R's
I actually ordered it myself a couple days ago so hopefully they will take care of me if there is a problem.
We'll see.

(by the way the patches we sell on our website help you feel less sore after working out...giving them a try wouldn't hurt)...look for sample packs to be for sale very soon.
