Kyle,
OK 18.5 inches ( 47 cm ) following armwrestling practice last night.
We got out the tape measure for everyone at the practice and had a fun time.

Florian, no disrespect meant but is something wrong with his forearm&hand,or its only because of training? You're right, Engin. It's not only because of training. He has a kind of disease, which let his right arm and hand grow extremly.

Robert its called 10 years Off retired the entire 1990's and Older 30 years old to 53 now. Back Then gym workouts 12 hours a week, Pushes and pulls. I was told i could have been a bodybuilding champion by a few, but didnt want to put myself through what a bodybuilder needed to do to win, Plus I didnt like being that big if you can believe that !! Today I Had to change workout totally due to arthritis in elbow, thumb and back of hand, and of course age and energy levels. Now its 20 minutes of exercises that protect my aches and pains, cant even use dumbells of any weight they crush my hand to pain. And Not One is the same exercise that i did 20 years ago. Tanned and shaved arms are no longer here either ![:)](//storage.proboards.com/forum/images/smiley/smiley.png) But still love the sport still want to be the best ( the mind doesnt no better ) I do try to practice 2x a month though when training.

Lindley Keeting has 18" forearms also. Here's the picture off of ArmTV from the ROTN Battle at the Beach: ![](http://img502.imageshack.us/img502/4094/lklo5.jpg) I remember looking at this picture and noticing how big his forearms are, especially when you compare them to the rest of the pullers' pictures.
