all these pictures have inspired me to train my tail off all year to see how much size i can add. I guess i'm gonna have to step up my forearm and tricep workout to see what i can add before the years out

I am not sure I am back yet, but thank you how are things with you sir. At its largest my right forearm was just over 16 inches as soon as I can get medical clearance I will strive to best that number. ![;)](//storage.proboards.com/forum/images/smiley/wink.png)

thank you,the things are ok with me except witnessing ugly political things in our sport more often.some foreign people who use their positions to gain personal benefits, try to cause problems between i and our federation but they are unsuccesful so far.i have been warned by a friend to be careful for some of the things in this year, may somehow be different than how they are in real. i am used to of competetion mistakes, but that kind of mistake would not be very understandable for me :)but i have no doubt that these kind of gossips are not true ![:)](//storage.proboards.com/forum/images/smiley/smiley.png) i heard that Artem Klimenko received his 3. year of suspension,do you know if it is true or not?i hope he will not receive his 4. year and will be able to armwrestle finally! i hope that all will be fine with you.sounds like you are planning to compete at least in 176 pounds since you have goal to get your forearm bigger than 16 inches.currently my forearm is 15 inches when it is straight.

Hard to say what they have not done with Artem, I really do not think things on this front are getting any better unfortunately, at this point all I can do is worry a little more close to home as I think most people end up having to do, it is no wonder we never seem to get this sport over the hill to heights it should be. I hope nothing of that rumored nature happens to you or anyone. Never measured it straight but I can imagine that is a bit different than flexed it sounds like you are doing well it is good to talk to you again. Here is the big version..... ;D ![](http://img407.imageshack.us/img407/9214/forlz1.jpg)
