It would be awesome if you put Cris' "Words of Wisdom at the top of the page". He's putting a lot of effort into it and I think he deserves it.

I think this is a great place to discuss different subjects and not to insult or downgrade anyone else who chooses to be here. and I am talking about the bench press subject . What's that saying "IF YOU DON'T HAVE ANYTHING NICE TO SAY THEN DON'T SAY ANYTHING AT ALL." besides were supposed to be mature adults here anyway.
