What a historic playoff run! Anybody a little surprised that Manny got the WS MVP? Personally, I think Johnny Damon should have taken it.

Tony Being a Baseball History buff. I and most of Boston would have to disagree with the curse being BS.. ;D.. While we all might laugh at the curse, if you were to look at how they lost in 1946 with a 3-0 lead in the 6th inning of game 7. Or a 3-0 lead in the 5th inning of game 7 in 1975 vs the reds, or a 2 game to 1 and a 3 game to 2 lead vs the cards in 1967 and then 1986 when game 6 was theirs and another 3 run lead in that WS game 7 you might not want to dismiss the curse so fast.. Fast Fact Babe Ruth was 2-0 as a pitcher for the Sox in the 1918 WS and lead the team in RBI's.. And as a Yankke Fan I must tip my cap to a truely great run by the Sox.. I'm still stuned

I was happy that the red sox won.....I suppose I'm happy mostly because I got to film the celebration riots in Burlington that followed. It made for some great footage. ;D (Couches lit on fire......dumpster fires.....crowd surfing......good stuff to have handy on film)

Huh?
You think David Ortiz SHOULD have won it?
Manny won it, but Ortiz or Damon could have taken it.
