Chris I know how you feel we used to skateboard and BMX, back then there was no money in it, now let's say I wish I would have not outgrown riding my bike.
Back then I saw people do tricks on bikes that would make some of today’s trick riders still stand up in disbelief.
I saw Paul "Banzai" Sison bunny hop off a side street curb over the roof of moving car (door to door) into traffic and no the car did not know Paul was doing this they were just driving along, we were racing to the street, some people were walking where we were going to turn and so Paul went toward the street and over an oncoming car.
David "Gonzo" Gonzales jumped his bike at least 20 feet in the air off of a gully ramp, (kind of a natural half pipe) did a double back flip and landed on top of a 6 foot wide 6 foot high boulder dead stop on his wheels. (He had broke his leg previously trying this same trick.)

Elaine I loved playing softball (after I quit playing baseball) I too was very competitive with it, we had a traveling team of men’s B players, up in Reno Nevada. When I moved to LA, the leagues sucked there so that is what drove me to armwrestling, an individual sport, that I always find fellow competitive people participating in at every event I go to.
I play golf as well, my short game is good but there is still a lot of slice in my drive and long fairway shots. I have only played a couple of times since my injury to my left.

Simon, I found that armwrestling was not very friendly at all to my golf game... too much strong right arm... I still enjoy it, however, the time factor doesn't allow me to play like I'd like to... I actually think the social time was a heck of a lot of fun with golf... probably too much fun. I fell out of many a golf cart- you know, the short, left turn?... Oh well, it was fun anyway. I much prefer armwrestling though. ;D

Chris we all know I was 25% crazy 75% stupid for ever gettin on the back of a bike with you. And you knowI allways will.
Since we are taking about other sports I gave up playing pool so I could armwrestle. Pulling killed my stroke. I would play 9 ball in tri-state money tournaments. rank b level player

Coaching youth sports. I loved playing Football , baseball and basketball , played all the way through school. Could have gone somewhere with football , but didn't listen to my father , chased girls instead. Oh well , the gratification of seeing a child get their 1st touchdown/basket/homerun far outshines anything I ever accomplished personally. I love being a dad.

GOLF --- I love it, but haven't been proficient in years.
BOWLING --- Wish I had time for league play.
BILLIARDS --- Just for fun, not into losing my $$
DARTS --- Back in my college bar days
Used to play in a softball league and did some diff. martial arts for a short time --- Han Mu Do, Tang Soo Do, Wing Chun, and Shuai Chao.
Don't do much of any of these any more though, because armwrestling just makes diff. sports pretty much impossible.
