Hi guys! I just wonder what kind of legal supplements do you guys use most of the time. Could you name your TOP 3 legal supplements that you think help armwrestling most. Thanks

Whey Protein (Nitro-Tech) Creatine (Phophagen HP) *always mix your creatine with products that cotain sugar. ex: Grapejuice L-Glutamine And of course, don't leave out your multivitamin

Creatine is good stuff. Taurine isn't half bad either.

Taurine and any amino acids are good, as long as you're taking in sufficient protein.

Tuna is great, but eggs are a better source of quality grade protein.

Of everything I have tried, creatine with NO2 has been very advantageous for me.

I didn't know NO2 helped for muscle building. I thought that was to help a person that has heart problems.
