Question?? Now why would Steve want to Diet to 220 for the Can Ams ? You made it sound like here is near 240 right now too? I ask because isnt Jim Bryan a training partner of you guy's? I wouldnt do that to my friend or partner. Hmmm (lightbulb) Could it be that James R is going to pull the 220's and he is getting too much talk on here lately for you guy's ??

for the 176 class george sheldrick hasn't even been mentioned, and steve lareau has only been mentioned once. to me the battle for the the 176 class will leave these two in the top three atleast once between right and left, possibly both. 154's:.........HOLY crap.......If Gabe shows the battle will be for second, if Norm Devio shows then from there the battle is for third. Supers:Bigwood, please show up so we can finally find out who's better FOR RIGHT NOW, between you and Guevin. I like the can-ams, always will. I don't care what level of competition there is waiting for me. the spirit of everyone there is so high. I look forward to it. I wish everyone that is going a good luck, see ya there. P.S.Karen, is there going to be a team Vermont this year. George Sheldrick is getting seriously powerful!

I'm not a fan of making predictions about people I know and train with, but the 176 class is pretty stacked with Ron Klemba, Ben Fernette, George Sheldrick, Scott Chemileski, Scott Latela, Steve Black, Eric Levine, etc. I would very much like to believe that I am ready for all of them, but I wouldn't go that far.... but thanx for the vote of confidence Tony. ;D ;D ;D

Well as bold of a statement this is I see Luke in the overalls. His strength has doubled and his wrist is so solid it might as well be welded on. Luke is sending the other heavies to the popcorn stand!!
