While I'm sure that the situation has been apparent to nearly everyone on the board, I'll ask the question anyhow and see how you guys feel. Has anyone else noticed how hostile and negative this board has become recently? From the arguments on steroids, to the religious/political rhetoric (some of which I'm guilty of), and the adolescent feuding between the board members, there's been a ton of mudslinging and sophomoric criticism. Before I became a member of this board I'd read what people would say and I cannot recall a time when things were ever this bad. I still enjoy this board very much and consider everyone I have talked to here a friend. I hope I'm not alone in my opinion of the board.  Ya'll be nice now. |

Well Joseph thats what happens when you get people from so many diversified backgrounds. BTW: If you noticed, its only a FEW that stir the pot. AND as much as they are ASKED POLITELY to STOP, THEY JUST CAN"T HELP THEMSELVES. They have found a soapbox, behind a computer. Because I am sure they won't say what they write to peoples faces, MOST of the time.
You can beat that people wouldn't talk to Guy Lasorsa like that to is face, or "people " talking about Roids like they do on the board at a tournament, or I can't EVER imagine someone disrespecting someones elses religion or beliefs to someones face. Actually I would like to see that one. They would probably get punched right in the face....LOL...
So don't dwell on it! ;D

Christian, I think Ryan would speak up like he has on this board about his beliefs. I would bet on it. I agree he would probably get punched in the face also He calls it witnessing and he understands he will get persecuted for it. Sometimes the Bible can be a dangerous place to hang around JK. I am sure Engin would speak up alsoI would love to see those two guys first meeting! Electric! Me,I would meet any of them with you standing behind me ;D Have a great day! |

You make some good points Joseph, but don't worry too much...the board gets in slumps occasionaly, but it always pulls through in the end! I would have to personally apologize for my negative and immature posts on the bloodsport thread (No more drunk posting for me ) |
