I'm 48 years old. The picture is current. A 100 pound Table-curl for sets of 10's. I train all types of Curls, Wrist-curls and grip work. I have been doing this since I was 14 - that's about 34 years.

Wow. I wish I could curl 100 lbs!! I think at the moment I can only curl like three bottles of Guinness.....I'm not sure how much that weighs. |
