The bible calls Isreal the land flowing with milk and honey.
Isreal today, a country the size of new jersy, produces five times more milk and honey than the entire United States

1) If someone buys more than one Lexus do they buy Lexi. 2) More than one Goose is Geese. Is more than one Moose Meese 3)How could the words Slim chance and Fat chance mean the absolute same thing when they lliterally mean the opposite.

Only in America...can a pizza get to your house faster than an ambulance...
Only in America...is there braille on an ATM drive through window...
Only in America...are there handicap parking places in front of a skating rink...
Only in America...is there a box for a "blind" person to check on their tax return...
Only in America...do drugstores make the sick walk all the way to the back of the store to get their prescriptions.
Only in America...do people order double cheese burgers, a large fry, and a diet coke...
Only in America...do banks leave both doors open and then chain the pens to the counters...
Only in America...do we leave cars worth thousands of dollars in the driveway and leave useless junk in the garage...
Only in America...do we use answering machines to screen calls and then have call waiting so we won't miss a call from someone we didn't want to talk to in the first place...
Only in America...do we use the word "politics" to describe the process so well: "Poli" in greek meaning "many" and "tics" meaning "blood-sucking creatures"...

The popes name "Vicar of Christ" or
"VICARIVS FILII DEI"
these are roman numerals 5 1 10 1 5 150 1 1 500 1
dont add the same number more than once and you get
666
Revelation 13:18. Here is wisdom. Let him that hath understanding count the number of the beast: for it is the number of a man; and his number is Six hundred threescore and six.

Ryan Thames when translated to Latin means spewer of garbage. Actually, that was just my biased opinion...
My opinion? Possibly. General consensus is more likely though.
Facts - yeah, I know and Ronald Wilson Reagan (666) was the devil too. Keep your anti-Catholic postings to yourself. Anybody can visit those crappy websites like you do. For now, run back to your Christian Freedom Center of 100 people, study for more than another year and then we can discuss more when you have a better idea what you are talking about.
You are not much more than a pot stirrer and trouble maker. Keep it up. One day we will meet Ryan. We can then discuss as much theology as you want, where ever and however you like.
If you feel like responding, either start a new thread so we don't ruin this one, PM me (which you won't due as you need a soapbox to stand on), or email me. Or, even better, just stop which I think might make you implode!

again with your threats Ive been studying this stuff pretty ferverently for the last 10 years of my life I know im only 22 and that wouldve put me starting the basic knowledge at 12. (forgive me if that comes off arrogant, not my intent) The difference with Ronald Reagan and the Pope. Is Reagan wasnt and never did he try to take the place of Christ on earth. We dont call Reagan "The Vicar of Christ" AND Reagan didnt wear it on his head. I just simply posted and amazing or wierd FACT. Which is within in the subject of this thread.

Ryan have you ever noticed the people that you seem to insult more than others that speak out. Every single one of them are the nicest, most respectful, non argumentative people you could find. What does that tell you?
Finding out what you believe in is a wonderful thing but stop assuming that what you believe is the ONLY thing that matters, is real, is true, and is fact. All of it is what you BELIEVE Ryan. Look up the word - believe.
1. To accept as true or real: Do you believe the news stories? 2. To credit with veracity: I believe you. 3. To expect or suppose; think: I believe they will arrive shortly. 4. To have faith, confidence, or trust: I believe in your ability to solve the problem. 5. To have an opinion; think: They have already left, I believe.
To you, what you believe is right. To me, what I believe is right. To whoever else, what they believe is right. Stop trying to cram what you believe down everyone else's throat. And please stop insulting anyone who does not believe 100% the same as you. You are no more right than I am or anyone else is in what we believe.
I think it's great that you are going to school but I am curious as to just how many different theories or beliefs are given to you in class and you're allowed to choose which you believe. From the sound of things - probably none. You are being told exactly what to believe - no variation or deviation from the path of your school. And you are accepting this 100% as fact. Belief is not fact Ryan.
It's a shame that school of yours doesn't also teach how to be humble, respectful, open minded, along with the greatest commandment of all - Do unto others as you would have them do unto you. This above all you seem to need serious "schooling" in as the majority of your posts regarding any other religious faction or belief other than your own is met with criticism, close mindedness, and disrespect.
Has it ever crossed your mind Ryan that you might possibly not have all the answers and that you might possibly not always be right?

What you believe is everything. It is the most important thing in life.
Do we have to go through the truth the "what is truth" argument again? TRUTH IS NOT BASED ON YOUR OPINOIN OR BELIEFS IT IS WHAT IT IS and YHWH said to moses "I AM THAT I AM" holds the same concept because Jesus himself said that He is "THE TRUTH" or would you deny him of that?
Jesus also said that he would send the Holy Spirt which will lead us into all TRUTH, or do you call Jesus a liar. Or is it just simply his "belief"
As a matter of fact we are given many different theories in our doctrines class we discuss them openly. There is no "This is the way you must think" mentality.
There is a difference between a genral doctrine and a dogmatic doctrine.
A general doctrine is that women shouldnt preach in churchs. This is not clear in the bible so it is open to your personal interpretation and the leading of the holy Spirit as to what is truth.
The idea that Jesus is The Truth and the ONLY way to salvation is a Dogmatic Doctrine it is the way it is regardless of opinoin.
The bible teaches that you must have faith in Christ Alone. Which goes with Christ being THE WAY AND THE TRUTH. Which implies THERE IS NO OTHER WAY. regadless of opinion and belief

Which goes with Christ being THE WAY AND THE TRUTH. Which implies THERE IS NO OTHER WAY. regadless of opinion and belief No one is questioning your faith or your belief Ryan. To you, your belief is the right way and that's great. If you are given many different theories in class to discuss then what? You get to choose which theory you choose to believe and follow? Precisely my point! Thank you! Do you think that every single word written in the Bible is 100% accurate fact? Nothing has been changed or altered during the passing down of facts? If you ever can definitely count on one thing it's that it is human nature not to repeat every single thing word for word, fact for fact because humans see and perceive things differently. For example, you and I can both witness a bank robbery and be asked to describe what happened. Our stories will be different. So do you not believe that as the facts were passed down things couldn't have been altered? Remember, you're dealing with human beings that were doing the passing. Here's an example - you stated in a previous post that the Bible says Israel is the land of milk and honey. Do you believe that translates exact? Do you honestly believe that Israel produces more milk and honey than any other country? Or is it possible that it means it's a great country with golden opportunities? Or is it possible it means something totally different? Hint: It must not mean that Israel produces more milk than any other country because it doesn't. India produces more milk than any other country out there but it doesn't meet standards required to export. Aaahhh, could that possibly mean then that something in the Bible is not accurate if taken word for word?
