Matt,
Get your passport started tomorrow. You need a certified copy or original of your birth certificate, 2 passport photo's (kinko's is one place) and go to the post office in your area that accepts passport applications. You can fill it out there. You will also need to ask them about expediting the process or you will not get it in time. The passport is good for 10 years.
Excuse me if you already knew this. ;D

Matt tell the post office that you need it like 10 days before you go. This way it gets to you on time. Did that for my wedding in May!!!
