How did I hurt myself? I was just letting him look at it from a theretical point of view. I believe all things percieved as ghost are in fact ghost. Cause it says in the bible about bringing spirits back. I can't remember who it was in the bible it was one of the kings when he was running from the philistines I believe that his friend called up his friends spirit or something like that an it was in fact his spirit not a demon or angel. There is a lot of debate on that subject. An as far as how the brain processes stuff it is proven that when your eyes see's things it isn't really your eyes seeing them its your brain cause the electrical signals are sent to the brain an processes and it takes your brain so long to process it so your actually seeing something that happened like 0.00000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000001 of a second ago well it's a very high number. An I was just saying how do we not know that we could see demons an angels more if they can move faster than our brain can process it that would make sence why we don't see them an if we could open our eyes an seek Gods face then we might would finally see what we sought.
I believe there is a universe and a God an Jesus who is my lord an savior. I believe he died on the cross and rose again the third day so that I yet a sinner might be saved an I am saved. I just look at it from other points of view sometimes to try an help a person that doesn't believe the bible will kinda see. It plants a seed you know that...... It says in the bible that someone who isn't saved isn't going to believe what the bible says about it because they don't use that as their logic so you have to go to their level like Jesus went to others level in order for them to see an you have to look at it from their point of view to help them understand an so you can understand why they think the way they do.

An if in the end they don't come to the light at least you confessed Jesus before them he doesn't ask you to make them believe you he just as that you confess him before man an he will confess you before his father in heaven. An thats all I ever do is just confess him before man but it's wrong to try an force them to believe the way you do. It's better to go about it gently an see it from their prospective to an try an go from there about it. Doesn't the saying go keep your enemies closer than your friends? That means you need to understand your enemy in order to help your enemy otherwise you will just remain enemy's.

I think I understand what you are saying Mr. Edwards. God's relationship with every human being is unique. Every individual person has a unique relationship with God (or pending relationship with God) and a unique purpose. That being said, at some point, we all must learn to love. That's when you come to know God.

In response to Mr. Maynard....that is one LONG answer. Let me try in short form.
Your soul seperates from your body. You come face to face with God for your initial judgement. God will judge you according to you soul, which only He knows so intimately. Just men and women who try hard to follow the 10 commandments and to do justice, and love mercy, will be shown mercy.
If you are a person who dies in not so good a state, you have at the hour of death (preferably before you die, but not necessarily) a sorrow for having offended the living God, and ask for mercy, you will receive it.
For the record, I am a Christian. However, everything I have said applies to EVERY HUMAN BEING EVER BORN.
I believe the just man or woman from the other monotheistic religions (Jewish or Muslim) would have similar thoughts. To believe a person from another faith other than yours is condemmed does not show mercy.....The measure with which you measure is the measure which will be measured out to you.
May the peace of Christ be with you all!!!

Im glad you do Bob. Thats how I have always looked at it. Thats why God is a personal God. Everyone knows him even if they say they don't believe in him. Thats why every tongue will confess that he is LORD in the END.

theres medicine for you to help with that..... ....i just can't resist replying in these threads..... but being it's on here it's free for critisism.....religion is fiction....all of it....makes for a good book....and a few good movies.....it keeps people who can't control themselves without an Authority" to judge them out of trouble......Ghost Whisperer is a good show....but i don't go telling ghost stories when the shows over...i enjoy fiction....I however don't agree with people bashing one another..about thier religion and non-religion.....as time passes the brainwashing will subside and people will hopefully be good to each other without a book telling them to. "bring it on" TK

Well if thats what you believe Todd you are entitled to your belief. I believe that there is just to much evidence when you look around to not believe in GOD. There is very strong evidence that there are ghost. Have you ever study Para-Psychology? ?? I mean I still have my doubts but I have seen things that can't be explained by science. But let me ask you this. Why has this book called the bible (although not called the bible at the time for it was many scrolls) survived so long? It has been proven accurate about the history of mankind as far as some of the kings an pharoahs. I find it hard to believe that it is just a fictional book. There is just to many possibilities that had to have happened in order for us to be here for there not to be a GOD. But like I said everyone is entitled to their own belief thats why God gave us a free will. You can dig your own hole or pull yourself out of it. Just have an open mind towards him.

One of my life long friends who was raised in the same church as I was, feels the same way as Todd King does. He's a decent man who tries real hard to prove that God does not exist.
For whatever reason, that is his path towards salvation. He will find his way eventually to our merciful and loving God, as will Todd King. Only real reprobates like Stalin, Hitler, Nero, etc., die hating God. Stalin said he didn't believe in God, but those in the room when he died said that he was shaking his fists at heaven. Scarey, huh? He died an enemy of God, a hater of God, not an atheist. And NO, I make no assumptions as to what happened to these men after death.....no one knows!!!
