Opportunity for armwrestling in Youth Corrections

I posted this on the CAWF board and thought I would add it here for some input.....



Ok... I have my foot in the door to bring armwrestling in as an activity where I work. For those of you who do not know I work as a Juvenile Counsellor at Agassiz Youth Centre which is a youth correctional facility here in Portage. I have it approved for the unit I work in and people are excited to see it... now I just have to sell it to upper management. These are the same people who got rid of the weight room that used to be in the facility.

Any suggestions or ideas you can throw on here for me to possibly add to my presentation are appreciated.

Of course I will start by going over the rules and talking about my status as a certified referee as well as my credentials in the sport.
