according to ArmBender magazine,Canadians did the 1. drug test for armwrestling in the 1986 Canadian sit-down nationals.
.....the most important part of the tournament came when seven names were drawn from the winners to decide who would take the drug test.there was 100% co-operation by the competitors.the test went very smoothly and was over in about 20 minutes.the urine samples were taken to the university of Calgary,who will also be doing the drug testing for the 1987 winter olympics.when we spoke with the doctors involved,they commended our organisation for making the effort to stop the drug problem before it starts....
