captain if youre already lean and still fighting to get to that 154 then I would move up. Just gain 8 to 10 pounds of muscle!! easier said than done but you may be surprised how much more comfortable you feel alittle thicker. all of us would love to tip in at the top of our weight class right?

I was 200lbs in January and by dieting and training I was able to get to 165lbs where I pull at now. Harder for me because I am 6 ft tall and last few pounds were difficult.

Im struggling at 154s still I might have to move up soon. With the holidays coming you might as well forget that and just put on another 10pounds of muscle over the winter months ;D

stay disciplined and you will get there. The big boys always like to use the holidays as an excuse to pack on the pounds!!!

hey mike. I've been injured for a while but getting back in the swing of things now. I'm located in Stevens Point which is in the middle of WI. And far as wrist wrestling no I don't care for the sport to be quite honest. There is not enough competition and the rewards are much smaller. I pull the 176 pound class and will not be beaten this coming year . looking forward to pulling you sometime.

I am going to be there Tony. We could pull each other there. Dont know about the 176 thing, I will have to eat alot to get there but it would be fun to see where I am at in my training by pulling you. Villa is a great workout partner but youre welcome to come over anytime. we pull every weekend just holler at me. --563-823-1292.

I just pulled the best lefty in the midwest, mr robertas out of chicago. lithuanian kid at 166lbs. pulled him at illinois states and can say without a doubt the baddest strongest 166lber out there in my opinion in the country. this guy is the real deal. I dont know of anyone that can stop that kid left handed. Gonna be a big name very quickly in the sport. dominating forearm.
