Dixon, i agree....to an extent.... but i may toproll one opponent & hook w another. So should i also enjoy the slight bend ?

X 2 I like the fact that it is thinner than the WAF strap and I don't mind the metal buckle, but the ring between the wrists...spent too many weeks recovering from that. Agreed. The AAA strap seems to change the dynamic of how you can pull because of the ring. The other does not for some reason. The other strap is much easier to get out of once the match is over. This will make it quicker as well. Are you going to be using a WAF strap at Get a grip?

Dixon, fyi, The reason i found that so funny was because the only way i can beat one of my teammates is to get his wrist straight. Once he gets carved in, even a little, im dead in the water. Lol

This will make it quicker as well. Are you going to be using a WAF strap at Get a grip? I have ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to do with Get A Grip. I am just fortunate enough that it is still in my home town. I would ASSUME that she will use the AAA strap though. She did the AAA strap last year.

Make your pecs stronger and remember to work them while pulling. make your abs stronger .make your brachioradialis/biceps stronger ,and focus on pronation while hooking.. try moving body to the top of table and never leave your arms behind the body while applying side pressure. NB. an offensive hook is more from the chest and abs..JMO.
