Would love to see some armwrestlers that have done peds come on and talk about it with everyone. I would have a lot of respect for a person like that! Whether people like it or not PEDs are here to stay and will not go away. I do however have to caution people to not jump to conclusions about steroid use. My son has grown very rapidly at the gym over the last 4 years and has eaten properly with training 4 hours a day 6 days a week. If I did not know him I would have said for sure that he is on PEDs. He is 6ft 7 and weighs 250lbs and is as clean as they come. He actually looks identical to Devon body wise. Hes better lookin ...that's for sure !!! Devon is another person that looks like he has done some crap too, but I know different, seeing I have known him for that last 20 years. I can say he is all natural without a doubt !!!!!

In all due respect john... Nobody "KNOWS"... We all assume. We are the only ones that know what we do ourself. How many parents have you seen on the news and they were like" I had no idea "... Or spouses married 30 years being like" I can't believe I didn't know that"... Be it child porn, affairs, drugs... Imbezelment ... Whichever. You NEVER can be 100% It's not like people are just gonna tell you.
This isn't a jab at your son or Devon, just at the positivity you speak of. I had a fall out with my uncle over a similar situation with his son and his positivity and what a piece of $hit I was about suggesting his son being a junkie... Only a month before he overdosed... Got brought back to life and spent a year in rehab... Shocker.
Good genes do exist no doubt. Those guys should be happy to be pointed out, if there is nothing to hide the there is no issue.

I hear you Rob and you are correct... Nothing is a 100 % like you said. Character, trust and friendship are the traits that I based my points around. Also I was always judging people without really knowing and what my son has accomplished is pretty impressive to me and others. He has been following the progress of another bodybuilder in Sweden that is two years ahead of him in terms of training and is adamant about competing in the Natural Bodybuilding competitions around the world. I am glad that his mentor is this young man and not a PROFESSIONAL bodybuilder if you follow me.

This same old topic drags me in like grandmas fresh baked cookies. You know you shouldn't, and then you end up clicking on the topic and reading it all the way through. The only way to be fair is to test everyone who pulls, but that won't happen due to cost. There will always be doubt until it can be 100% across the board. Until then there are always some who will squeak by, it's just plain math.

The thing that baffles me is:
People expect things to be far....to be level...to be unbiased...this is ridiculous.
Where in the world did any of you ever get the notion that the world is fair and unbiased?
The ped argument is as old as competition. Typically...The only people that care are people that can't win/compete. It's an easy way to make excuses for you lack of masculinity, or a nice way to downplay someone else's physical prowess. And it's all neatly packaged behind the ruse of fairness and moral turpitude. It's pathetic really. We aren't all born to be physical specimens and super athletes. Get over it.
Like I've said before:
People have no problem with juicing as long as the juicers don't win. It's only when the succeed that it becomes a problem. And that's fine....but call it what it is: plain old jealousy and envy. These are the real elephants in the room.
No body wants to admit to being envious of the stature or accomplishments of others...simply because it is socially accepted that this would make you a lesser person...to be Jealous makes you weak...when In fact jealousy and envy are two of the most prevalent and basic emotions in the human phsyque ....and we all run around pretending that our crusades against "cheaters" is moral. Gimme a break.

Max. I agree with you for the most part. I disagree with your part about the only people who have a problem bit... Because I've been top of my class for a while now and at better times beaten and been competitive with top heavier guts and supers.
I have seen the transition people make... The boost it gives... Regardless of beating that person or not... It's sh;tty seeing a guy gain 30% strength in a short time when us mere mortals try for a 1% increase.
I know I don't speak for everyone as I know a lot use the Roid debate to pad performance and jealousy... However it is kind of just if you think about it... At least some of the jarring examples I've seen over the years.

But I said "typically" ....and excuse me while I nutswing a bit...but you are not typical lol your the exception...the 1%. Jealousy and envy are not always as negative a characteristic as society portrays....these basic human emotions sometimes play a large role in the drive to achieve and overcome. I think the negative side of these charectaristics comes from the actions that the less integritous people embark on when driven by these emotions: slander, witch hunts, character assassination, etc.... I openly admit to being jealous and envious of others from time to time...although instead of bashing and name calling in order to discredit those i revere....I use these emotions to my advantage. To push harder. To better myself. To raise my self up....not bring those whom I am envious down....<------this unfortunately has become the standard operating procedure for most people today. It's childish and does nothing but hold everyone of us back.

I like your outlook and agree with your overall assessments.
Admittedly I've been guilty of the productive and non productive destructive type jealousy
