I just watched Mr west in the kentucky tournament video. Nice job Mike. I watched that remas or revas guy here at TOC that you pulled in the finals. Couldnt open that hand of yours I see. He gets better everytime I see him though.

Thanks Mike, Rimas surprised me when he beat my brother Terry on top in the straps, I edited out all the setup, but he didn't like it very much when I gripped him low, then drug him back to center, that's why were started in the refs grip both matches.

Yeah its the same guy, he is lithuanian, has a coach with him I think and with a tall arm like he has the top roll is perfect. I worked out with Mr Tony Villa today so I can only type with my right hand for a few weeks! Also I meant to say robert did a great job at the kentucky muscle also.

the low hand top roll will work, unless the hookers bottom to fingers are strong enough to control the hand, and stop him from rolling outward ;D This is exactly why hookers need to concentrate on the power of the bottom two fingers. If you have some strength there, remain unwrapped, and tighten the bottom two fingers it doesn't matter what you do it is a good bet that you are going to end up in a hook. Now the question is where are you when that happens. If the hooker has some speed the end result is in the middle of the table or on the winning side. If the hooker is slow it is going to be in a defensive position. The toproller should hit sideways and put pressure on the wrist. Then in a winning position change from sideways to up and back to prevent the hook and to stretch out the fingers. That is the best bet with a good hooker.
