Well Robert if you goal is to not let me beat you then I guess I should make mine too beat you lol. I would like to get in beter shape and get much much stronger.

My goals are to get healthier than ever. I know I'm eating healthier than ever recently, and I'm loving it. I weighed 172 on the last day of 2007 (I was close to 250 in the pic here in my avatar, dating aug. 2005), and I still have lots (well, to me it's lots) of fat around my belly and my arse, so I wanna get as strong as possible at the lightest weight possible. I don't care about having abs or anything, but just want to get rid of that fat. I am trying to get rid of a nagging pain in my AC joint so I can train my upper body without problems and get stronger at stuff like weighted chin-ups, overhead press, and wrist/hand strength, which I suck at. I wanna go from size 34" to 32" jeans also, lol, I think I'm on my way, maybe once I reach 160. Once I reach 160 I'll be 100lbs lighter than my fattest weight ever in 2004/2005, I didn't think I could be this thin and stronger than I was back then. Don't be fooled though, I'm still weaker than some 10 year olds, but stronger than 1 and 2 years ago when I decided to change my lifestyle. Also, I wanna be a good husband to my wife, get her even fitter than she is (good genetics, she's like 102 lbs), and be a good dad to our 1 year old boy Alejandro. Hopefully I'll get him interested in healthy eating habits and exercise early in life, don't ever want him to be fat in his teen years like I was, and would like him to be strong and train with me.... just hope he doesn't get stronger than me at a too early age, then I wont be able to control him!!! Hehe.

goals: #1- to win 198 novice rt and lft @ tahoe! #2- to place in all events I pull afterwards! #3- (tied for first actually) My son to place top three @ nationals this year!

my goal is 2 try and when more than just fl and ga states(left handed),win fl states (right handed),win my first nationals and attempt the triple crown (left handed) and travel and make it 2 more tournments than 07 and win more trophies than i did in 07 ,well good luck every body on completing your goals and let the games begin

Glad you started this Post. I usually have the last two years and Its usally pretty popular. I couldnt find last years to read and than there i was the other day MY Goals last year were cut short do to personal issues etc. though i did win my last tournament the Can Ams ( always very competitive) This year would like to place or win every tournament I enter, Lose weight of course. Goal is to once and for all get back to 220 and stay there with the possible goal to go tom 209 -198. But 220 -215 is a great start. Have Fun, be highly ranked , Qualify for the Canadian Worlds. Most likely Masters and Grand And to help our Granite arms succeed and do the best we can as a team.. Happy New year !! according to the weight Chart I shouldnt be Over 176 LOL Though I would love to see 200.. Maybe by the fall.... 220 in April, 209 Possibly Florida in June ---198 Fall Classic Somebody wake me Up !!

1. Hold bigger and better tournaments this year 2. Win State titles in South Dakota(again),Colorado(again),Iowa,Nebraska,and North Dakota 3. Place top 3 at all 3 nationals 4. Place top 3 at all other tournaments 5. drop to 198's getting close I am at 220 now 6. crush the #3 COC gripper

Yeah after being around the same weight for a week Now. Im thinking at 53 , this is going to call for more drastic measures and worry about the strength later
