My goals are the same as last year, Lose enough weight to compete in the 242's at unifieds. Didn't even get close last year. I hope to put the right foot forward and make it this year.

Didn't come close to my '07 goals.. 2008 armwrestling goals: - win 50 % of my open class right-handed matches (right now, I'm at about 20 %... ) - win 5 left-handed matches (got my first LH win in '07) - last longer than 5 seconds against Justin Kaufmann, right-handed (typically lasts about 2 seconds...) - attend one tournament outside of Colorado

Drop to 220s and place in at least the top three at one the nationals. I've dropped from about 275 at KC to about 237 now. Only 17 more pounds to go.

Win a couple National titles this year gain more muscle, cut weight smarter and beat Ron Klemba Oh man! Ron's feeling STRONG. Good luck with that one. The National titles will be easier, which I think you will do.
