My first goal is to have the patience to follow doctors orders after my neck surgery, and then train my little heart out to take back my national titles. It has been 10 days since my neck fusion and I;m in a neck brace, but I aready feel better than I did at the Unifieds last year

spend more time with my 3 year old son and less time writing posts on here!! Mike, So that means that you are going to train harder for the up-coming tournaments. I snuck into one of your practices and know who your secret partner is!

Sebastian thanks for letting the cat out of the bag man. My wife wants this picture framed now! Also in my defense we are pulling right handed here, and as you can see he isnt squared up to the table (big advantage!!) I enjoyed getting to pull you alittle bit and learning some great inside techniques which I have been working on to improve. Take care and hope to guys come back for the next TOC.

Hi Steve I don't think there is any permanent damage. I do have some tingling, but my left hand is aready stronger than it was at Unifieds, and the crushing pain is gone in my upper back and left arm. Now my only pain is waiting with patience to get healed up enough to go back to training.

Glad you started this Post. I usually have the last two years and Its usally pretty popular. I couldnt find last years to read and than there i was the other day MY Goals last year were cut short do to personal issues etc. though i did win my last tournament the Can Ams ( always very competitive) This year would like to place or win every tournament I enter, Lose weight of course. Goal is to once and for all get back to 220 and stay there with the possible goal to go tom 209 -198. But 220 -215 is a great start. Have Fun, be highly ranked , Qualify for the Canadian Worlds. Most likely Masters and Grand And to help our Granite arms succeed and do the best we can as a team.. Happy New year !! according to the weight Chart i shouldnt be Over 176 LOL Though I would love to see 200.. Maybe by the fall 220 April, 209 Possibly Florida June ---198 Fall Classic Somebody wake me Up !! 21 Pounds Down 25 to go
